Key qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ten years of professional experience in government procurement and/or contract management with progressively responsible supervisory or managerial oversight

  • Experience developing procurement documents including RFPs, IFBs, and related solicitations
  • Ability to supervise staff and provide training, instruction, and guidance to procurement professionals
