Functions:
- Provides expertise in the theme of the school program and serves as a consultant to staff and students
- Provides student instruction related to the theme of the school program
- Provides staff training related to the theme of the school program
- Works with the school staff to generate partnerships with the university and private business sector
- Assists the staff in establishing linkages with the community for experiential learning opportunities
- Serves as a liaison between the schools and community
