This role is ideal for someone with experience in the senior home care industry who excels at relationship building, consultative sales, and guiding families through the full care onboarding process while representing a trusted and mission-driven brand.Position SummaryThis role owns the full client life cycle, from community outreach and closing through intake, Life Profile Assessment, care plan development, and hand off to Care Operations, ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience for clients, families, and internal teams.Business Development, Sales & Community OutreachGenerate and close new client leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-based salesDevelop, maintain, and expand referral partnerships with: Chambers of Commerce and business associationsSenior living communities and assisted living facilitiesHospitals, rehab centers, social workers, and healthcare professionalsSenior-focused nonprofits, care organizations, and community groupsEstablish a strong and consistent community footprint that differentiates Senior Helpers as a trusted local leader in senior careRepresent Senior Helpers of Annapolis at: Trade showsConferencesCommunity events, presentations, and networking functionsDeliver professional presentations on Senior Helpers services to referral partners and community audiencesClient Intake & Care Planning (End-to-End Ownership)Manage the full client intake and onboarding process, including: Initial service inquiry follow-up and discovery conversationsConducting in-home Life Profile (needs) AssessmentsPrepare individualized care plans in homecare softwareCompleting and maintaining accurate client profiles in internal systemsEducate clients and families on services, care options, and expectationsServe as a trusted guide during emotionally sensitive decision-making momentsEnsure timely, accurate handoff of all intake documentation to the Care team for: Caregiver matchingSchedulingService launchTeam Collaboration & SupportCoordinate closely with the Care team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service deliveryAssist with occasional operational or community-based needs as required (e.g., introductions, caregiver meet-and-greets, special events)Track outreach activity, referrals, and sales performance to support growth goalsWork closely with Marketing to: Support development of outreach and sales materialsProvide feedback from the field to refine messaging and campaignsAssist with keeping community-facing marketing relevant and engagingActively support brand awareness through professional engagement with community partners, including appropriate social media interaction when applicableAs a growing organization, responsibilities may evolve over time.
