Community Reintegration Specialist

Position Summary:
In this role you will support youth and families through the reentry process using a strengths-based approach. You will build trusting relationships with youth and their families, and develop individualized reintegration plans based on each youth's strengths and goals.
What You'll Do:
- Engage youth and families to support a smooth transition back into the community
- Collaborate with caregivers to strengthen family connections and expectations
- Connect youth to community resources (education, employment, support services)
- Support skill development to reduce recidivism and increase stability
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
