Community Partnership Operations Associate

To support the growth of community partnerships, the full-time Senior Associate, Community Partnership Operations will manage action items, oversee playbook documentation, and handle data analytics while working closely with the Sr. Director of Partnerships in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Drive ownership of action items from meetings and manage requests across the team Maintain and update the CPM playbook, ensuring it serves as the team's primary reference Conduct data analysis and oversee CRM hygiene to support operational efficiency Required qualifications 2-4+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical role Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight Experience coordinating with stakeholders to translate vague requests into actionable tasks Passion for improving access to care for underserved populations
