To support a mission-driven organization, the Senior Manager, Community Outreach & Engagement will develop partnerships, execute outreach strategies, and manage engagement programs in a hybrid or remote role. Key responsibilities Develop and strengthen partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups Execute community outreach and engagement strategies to expand awareness and participation Manage engagement programs, vendor relationships, budgets, and operational activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in health, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 5+ years of project management and partnership development experience Experience working directly with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, or community organizations Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Passion for advancing patient engagement, health equity, and community impact
