Community Monitor

A Community Monitor is responsible for monitoring community amenities and common areas, ensuring residents and guests follow community rules and policies. The monitor helps maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment while providing customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor community amenities such as pools, clubhouses, fitness centers, parks, and courts.
  • Ensure community rules, safety guidelines, and policies are followed by residents and guests.
  • Verify resident access credentials or guest passes when required.
  • Report rule violations, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to management or security.
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior.
  • Assist residents with basic questions about amenities and policies.
  • Complete incident reports or daily activity logs when necessary.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and order in amenity areas.
  • Contact management or emergency services when needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and guests.
  • Ability to observe situations and respond appropriately.
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
