Community Monitor
A Community Monitor is responsible for monitoring community amenities and common areas, ensuring residents and guests follow community rules and policies. The monitor helps maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment while providing customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor community amenities such as pools, clubhouses, fitness centers, parks, and courts.
- Ensure community rules, safety guidelines, and policies are followed by residents and guests.
- Verify resident access credentials or guest passes when required.
- Report rule violations, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to management or security.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior.
- Assist residents with basic questions about amenities and policies.
- Complete incident reports or daily activity logs when necessary.
- Help maintain cleanliness and order in amenity areas.
- Contact management or emergency services when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and guests.
- Ability to observe situations and respond appropriately.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
