Tranquilo Communities is looking for a motivated, sales-focused leader to manage a 163-site manufactured housing community undergoing redevelopment and preparing for growth.
This role combines community operations with home sales, including helping rental residents transition to homeownership.
What you’ll do:
- Drive home sales, manage leads, conduct tours, and close transactions.
- Oversee daily operations, rent collections, and resident relations.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendors.
- Support redevelopment, home deliveries, and community expansion.
What we’re looking for:
A self-starter with a strong sales background, consistent follow-through, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in manufactured housing, real estate, leasing, or property management is preferred.
Compensation & benefits:
- Base salary starting at $50,000, depending on experience.
- Leasing and home sales commissions, plus performance bonuses.

- Relocation incentive and potential onsite housing.
