Each interaction enhances the lives of our seniors in their home.We are currently seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Community Liaison/Senior Care Marketer to help us as we continue to grow and expand our business.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing referral sources such as: Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Independent and Assisted Living Facilities, Rehab Centers, Home Health & Hospice Agencies, Senior centers, and other Community Organizations.Travel throughout Lake County & The Villages meeting with professional referral sourcesIn-person, face-to-face visits with a minimum of 10-12 accounts per dayCoordinate with management on diverse marketing strategies and report field activityIdentify new opportunities for business growthDemonstrate value for the health care organizations being visitedAttend senior-focused networking meetings, community events, and professional organizations.Meet monthly sales goals and referral quotasPre-plan weekly routing and sales activities, maximizing efficiency and cost effectiveness of daily activities where possible; set goals for each sales call and prepare any needed materialsComplete the weekly sales report and submit it prior to weekly meetingsAttend weekly sales meetings to review prior week goals; discuss new referrals, challenges, successes and opportunities for new business; review events calendar; review marketing budget and expenditures; and discuss upcoming goals and agency progress to benchmarksMaintain written documentation relating to all sales activity in the agency's software system.Job Requirements:Passionate about helping seniors live with dignityPrevious experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is preferred, but not required.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.A positive, results-oriented attitude and a commitment to achieving targets.Excellent follow-up, planning, and organizational skillsBachelor's Degree or relevant work experienceValid driver's license and insurancePreferred experience:Knowledge and previously established relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, home health and hospice agencies, and other community organizations in the San Antonio marketBenefits:Competitive base salary with commission structurePTOCompany CarHow to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter detailing your experience in sales or marketing, and why you would be a great fit for Homewell Care Services.
