Engaging prospective patients remotely, the full-time Community Outreach Sales Representative will conduct high-volume outreach, educate individuals on care benefits, and drive enrollment through consultative conversations and relationship building. Key responsibilities Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective patients and build rapport through consultative conversations Drive patient enrollment by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and motivating patients to take action Track outreach activities and enrollment progress using Salesforce and coordinate initial patient appointments for a smooth onboarding experience Required qualifications 1 year of experience in a healthcare, patient-oriented position 1 year of customer service experience Sales experience with a history of achieving sales goals preferred Appointment scheduling experience CNA/MA background or call center experience is a plus
