Those with prior experience in the senior-care industry who are seeking a flexible, part-time role will find this position especially rewarding.What You'll DoCommunity outreach — Build partnerships with senior-focused businesses including senior living communities, senior centers, realtors, and estate attorneys. Represent Caring Transitions through branded materials, presentations, events, and social media.Relationship management — Maintain regular contact with existing referral partners and accounts.

Attend senior expos and fairs, present educational seminars, and participate in community events to strengthen brand presence.Lead qualification — Prospect new opportunities through phone, email, and in-person outreach. Serve as the point person for your team's lead qualification process and connect clients with our customizable service offerings.What You'll Bring RequiredMinimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management — or equivalent experience in a senior-focused industryFamiliarity with multiple sales techniques, including cold outreachExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage your own schedule independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn our CRM platformReliable transportation, smartphone, and comfort driving throughout the territory: Burnsville, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Farmington, Hastings, Cannon Falls, and NorthfieldPreferredPrior professional experience working with seniors or in senior-serving industriesA natural ability to build trust and rapport with older adults and their familiesEstablished relationships with senior focused businesses or resourcesAbout Caring Transitions Caring Transitions is dedicated to supporting seniors and their loved ones through life's major transitions.
