Leading community engagement initiatives, the full-time remote Community Growth Manager will strategize and execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts while enhancing brand presence across organic channels like Reddit and Quora. Key responsibilities Develop and implement content strategies to optimize visibility across AI search engines and LLMs Build and nurture Facet's community presence on platforms such as Reddit, engaging in discussions and monitoring brand sentiment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organic mentions and enhance brand authority through an Affiliate Creator/Brand Advocate program Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, or Community Management, preferably in Fintech or finance Proven portfolio in copywriting and editing across various formats, including articles and multimedia scripts Expertise in managing brand authority on community-driven platforms like Reddit Strong analytical skills with experience using social listening tools and SEO analytics Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
