Community-Focused Primary Care Physician

Community Health Programs (CHP) in the Berkshires is seeking a physician to provide comprehensive and continuing care, including routine and emergency clinic services, in a Federally Qualified Health Center.

The role requires Massachusetts medical license, board certification or within one year, completion of residency, and a commitment to CHP's mission of health equity; the position is full-time, on site, with competitive salary in the $195k–$225.5k range.
