Community Excellence Director - Senior Living & Memory Care

Sunflower Communities is seeking a visionary leader to oversee a 55-bed senior living community, comprising Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You will set the tone for resident experience, mentor staff, and partner with families during transitions, leading with presence and hands‑on leadership rather than bureaucracy.

Reporting to owners and senior leadership, you will drive occupancy, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture where residents feel at home and staff are engaged.
