The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking passionate volunteers to serve as Community Educators . Community Educators deliver educational presentations on Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and brain health to local groups, organizations, and community partners.
This role plays a vital part in raising awareness, promoting early detection, reducing stigma, and connecting families to critical resources.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1-hour educational programs (in-person or virtual)
- Represent the Alzheimer’s Association in the community
- Engage audiences with accurate, compassionate information
- Help expand access to brain health education

Ideal Candidates:
- Comfortable speaking to small and mid-sized groups
- Passionate about brain health and community education
- Background in healthcare, education, social work, ministry, or community service (preferred but not required)
- Reliable and mission-driven
- College students welcome
Time Commitment:
Flexible. Most volunteers deliver 1–2 presentations per month (But not required)
