Community-Centric Primary Care Physician

Grady Health System seeks a Primary Care Physician at the Flat Shoals Outpatient Center in Decatur. You will deliver patient-centered, team-based care, under the supervision of the on-site Medical Director, serving a diverse community with a focus on safety, quality, and equity.

Requirements include MD/DO, completion of an accredited PCP residency, a valid Georgia license, and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
