Dean's rapid growth in manufacturing products for mission critical customers for telecommunication systems. The position is located at M. C. Dean's Modular Mission Critical facility in Ruther Glen.The Communications Manufacturing Engineer provides technical and administrative information to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all basic engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; troubleshoots engineering related installation problems. Works closely supervised and solves problems of limited scope and complexity.ResponsibilitiesReviews and produces drawing for manufacturingManaging and setting up drawings for manufacturing in M.C.

Dean's propriety manufacturing software.Working with the production crews to solve problems with builds and increase efficiencyAssist with managing and scheduling deliveries of raw material for productionAssist with managing and scheduling shipments of finished goods.QC final goods and document deficiencies.Participating in team meetingsDeveloping methods of improvementTracking issues and pursuing resolutions.Participate in pre-testing of systems prior to deployment.This list is not all-encompassing of every responsibility the office engineer may be tasked with.Be open to training and learning opportunitiesBe willing to make trips to M.C.
