About the Role

You will develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with business objectives, manage crisis communications, and lead a team of communication professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage the communications team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Develop and implement internal communication plans to ensure effective employee engagement and information flow.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies for large organizations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience in media relations, crisis communications, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of the South African media and business environment.
