We are all employee-owners at HDR, which is the foundation of our collaborative culture that connects employees around the world.In the role of Communications Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Assist in the development of content and communications plans that inspire audiences and drive engagement across various communication channels to elevate thought leadership, people and project workAssist in driving global and local communications strategies by collaborating with internal business partners, creative, marketing and communications teamsWork with engineers, architects, designers and other subject matter experts to develop and write white papers, feature article content, thought leadership articles, and social media postsGhost write and edit blogs, social media posts, papers and/or presentations by subject matter expertsHelp develop collateral pieces and other marketing campaign materialsResearch, write and edit project narratives and case studiesCoordinate event management activitiesDeliver employee training to activate and guide communications throughout the companyMonitor industry best practices and maintain a repository of trends and examplesManage communications database information and web-based project management tools (Adobe, SharePoint, Staging Sites, Contact Logs, etc)Coordinate multi-discipline teams in the development and production of deliverablesPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degreePrevious consulting and/or creative agency experienceLocal candidates preferredRequired Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsService- and client-oriented personality with the ability to handle multiple assignments at a time and meet set deadlinesSelf-starter who can work well independently or in a team environmentExperience using social networking/social media programsAttention to detailAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We Believe:HDR is our company.
