Communications Associate

Kinetic Marketing is expanding its Cincinnati team and looking for entry-level Communications Associates who want to gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and grow their careers.

No previous marketing or communications experience? That's okay. We provide hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to develop your skills while working on real nonprofit campaigns.

At Kinetic Marketing, we partner exclusively with nonprofit organizations, helping them connect with communities, raise awareness, and build lasting supporter relationships through face-to-face outreach.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach campaigns
• Engage directly with members of the public at designated campaign locations
• Introduce charitable initiatives and explain their impact
• Build relationships and help interested individuals become new supporters
• Work alongside your team to achieve campaign and supporter acquisition goals
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance feedback

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a marketing degree or previous industry experience to get started.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, improve, and take feedback
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Interested in developing long-term skills in communications, marketing, or business

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position based in Cincinnati, Ohio
• In-person, customer-facing nonprofit outreach
• Team-based environment with ongoing training and support
