Help People Get the Information They Need

You listen carefully, explain things without overcomplicating them, and notice when a message could be clearer. We’re looking for a Communications Assistant in Cincinnati to support customer-facing communications and promotional activities.

You’ll combine preparing materials with speaking directly to customers and event attendees, helping the team deliver accurate, consistent information.

Where You’ll Contribute

• Welcome visitors and attendees at promotional activities.
• Explain approved campaign information and answer routine questions.
• Help prepare handouts, presentations, and event announcements.
• Check written materials for accuracy and clear wording.
• Record recurring questions and share feedback with colleagues.
• Coordinate follow-up inquiries with the appropriate team member.

Bring Your Communication Skills

Experience in hospitality, retail, reception, events, or community activities can provide a useful foundation. Relevant coursework, volunteering, and internships are welcome.

No specific degree is required. You should write clearly, feel comfortable speaking with new people, and stay organized when handling several requests.

Build Experience Through Participation

You’ll receive guidance on company messaging, communication standards, and campaign procedures while developing presentation, writing, and audience engagement skills.
