Communications & Engagement Manager

Supporting a variety of internal and executive communications needs, the remote Manager, Communications & Engagement will manage executive messaging, partner with senior leaders, and oversee internal event communications in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities: Draft and deliver internal messaging for executive communications and organizational changes Collaborate with HR and other functions to create employee-facing communications and support internal events Manage multiple communications projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with company branding Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on customer marketing or reputation management Proven ability to develop and execute communications strategies for senior executives Familiarity with internal communications tools and project management skills Strong writing and editing skills, adaptable to various audiences and formats
