To support the design, development, validation, and certification of security-focused products, the remote Common Criteria / FIPS Security Engineer will partner with engineering teams to ensure compliance with Common Criteria and FIPS certification requirements, focusing on security documentation, technical reviews, and collaboration with evaluation laboratories. Key responsibilities: Partner with engineering teams to design and develop products that meet Common Criteria and FIPS certification requirements Support certification efforts, including Security Target development, evidence collection, and documentation Review product architectures and security controls for certification readiness and compliance with regulatory standards Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 3+ years of experience in security engineering, systems engineering, or related technical disciplines Experience supporting regulatory compliance and certification programs Understanding of secure software development practices and security architecture principles Ability to interpret technical requirements and evaluate products against compliance standards
