Key responsibilities Maintain a thorough understanding of commission plans and communicate calculations effectively Calculate and validate monthly variable earnings accurately and on time Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales leadership to develop and refine commission plans Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Finance Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in large data sets Experience with cloud-based financial systems and tools such as Salesforce or Xactly Ability to think creatively and critically in a dynamic work environment Self-starter with effective communication and analytical skills
