We are looking for motivated candidates who can grow with this department and be a self-starter. The selected applicant will provide project management and oversight for commissioning, retro-commissioning, and energy audit projects.
Experience performing commissioning services, and cost/benefit analyses on energy improvements is a requirement for applying to this position.This position may require you to oversee and perform field inspections of government, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and institutional properties. A successful candidate has past experience in performing functional testing and building inspections for a wide array of building systems to include but not be limited to Air Handling Units, Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water Systems, Steam Systems, Power Distribution, Plumbing, and Emergency Systems.As part of the position you will regularly conduct commissioning progress and issue resolution meetings with federal and private sector clients.
