Commissioning Manager
The Commissioning Manager will lead all on-site quality efforts and ensure strict adherence to standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality inspectors, supervisors, and technicians
- Develop and implement the project Quality Management System (QMS)
- Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), submittals, and method statements
- Oversee inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
- Conduct audits, identify non-conformances, and drive corrective actions
- Manage quality documentation, reporting, and final handover packages
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality matters

For the Commissioning Manager, we are seeking:
- 10+ years of QA/QC experience in construction, engineering, mission critical, or industrial projects
- Proven track record on large-scale projects (mission critical, industrial, or infrastructure)
- At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001
- Experience with inspections, audits, and non-conformance management
- Proficiency with project software and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certifications (ASQ, AWS, NACE, or ISO Lead Auditor) preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
