Job OpportunityThe ideal candidate will come from an agency based, engineering, IT/Technical and/or Finance staffing background.This opportunity requires a strong command of technology and oral communication skills in English, consistent application of best practices, and in-depth recruiting experience in the vertical they specialize in.Successful candidates execute the following functions or display the following qualities consistently:Use of X-Ray, Boolean and other relevant search techniques to identify and recruit viable candidates for open positionsDedicate sufficient time to each search to ensure a generous pool of candidatesMaintain a positive attitude and are not easily deterred by setbacksAre organized, passionate about identifying 'gems' in each industry, and build a 'loyal pool of candidates' in their verticalThoroughly screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates, applying behavioral interview techniques to all searchesWork exclusively with passive candidatesApply exceptional good judgment in reaching professional objectives, including how work is prioritized, managing candidate information, and balancing the needs of multiple assignments.Provide regular updates regarding status of candidates recruiting cycleQualifications:5+ years of experience working in either contingency or retained talent searchStrong organization skills are required, must be disciplined in their approach to working with professional and executive-level candidatesExceptional communication skills in English required; Spanish is strongly preferredAbility to build strong rapport with candidatesKnowledge of US labor and employment lawsAccess to a computer, internet and a telephone lineMust be able to provide professional referencesImportant Information:There's no client-facing sales involved in this role. Your key to success is to acquire and maintain a viable connection to stellar talent to match to our enterprise clients.This position is commission only.
