Commission Analyst

Your expertise ensures accurate commission processing and resolves employee inquiries, making a tangible impact on our compensation operations.How You’ll Make an Impact   Calculate and administer monthly commission and incentive payments aligned with approved plans and schedulesPresent plan exception requests and secure final payment authorizations before processingMonitor and validate the accuracy of commission systems and payments through detailed reportingServe as a subject matter expert on commission plan calculations and interpretation of plan rules and policiesCreate and analyze commission summary reports to identify trends and performance insightsInvestigate commission variances and provide findings to management and commissioned employeesAnalyze operations data, interpret trends and patterns, and deliver actionable insights to decision-makersWorking Conditions   Office environmentOccasional travel may be requiredWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum   Required Qualifications   Education  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experienceExperience   3+ years of data analysis experience1+ years of expense or financial analysis experienceSkills   Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishDemonstrated analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret and effectively communicate results and present to various members of managementProven team player, partnership, troubleshooter, and result orientedMulti-tasked oriented; capable of working in fast paced and changing environmentAbility to maintain pressure and adapt to changing priorities, develop alternative solutions, and work in a team environmentAction-oriented, energetic individual that can work autonomouslyPossess a cooperative and positive attitude toward customers, employees and the CompanyProactive and innovativeAbility to troubleshoot and think logically to resolve complex problemsAnalytical and problem solving skills in a deadline driven environmentMust have good verbal, written and communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to handle confidential informationProven computer skills including experience in building excel spreadsheetsProficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointValid driver’s license and good driving recordPreferred QualificationsExperienceTelecommunications industry background preferred1+ years of sales performance management application experience preferredSkillsKnowledge of telecommunications products and servicesUnderstanding of financial accounting principles and procedures including Sarbanes-OxleyFamiliarity with accounting, finance and budgeting tools, procedures and softwareExperience with ICOMS, CSG or Salesforce#LI-LYR HCP315-HR HCP Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
