The practice includes a broad mix of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, estate litigation, partnership and corporate disputes, and related business matters.

Attorneys work closely together across practice areas in a non-siloed environment with significant exposure to clients and strategy discussions.The firm has built a strong reputation for high-quality work, long-term client relationships, and a culture with exceptionally low turnover. There is a clear path toward both non-equity and equity partnership for attorneys seeking long-term growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a diverse caseload of approximately 40 active matters at varying stages of litigationHandle matters from inception through resolution with minimal supervisionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and dispositive motionsConduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiationsWork on a variety of complex commercial disputes, including:Real estate litigationPartnership and shareholder disputesBreach of fiduciary duty claimsSpecific performance actionsPartition actionsContract disputesCollaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on litigation strategy and case managementMaintain strong client relationships and provide practical legal guidanceQualifications5–10 years of commercial litigation and/or real estate litigation experienceStrong ability to independently manage cases and move matters forward efficientlyExperience handling sophisticated business disputes preferredTrial experience is a plus, though not requiredPortable business is highly valued and will be compensated accordinglyExcellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environmentCompensation & BenefitsBase salary range of approximately $175,000–$200,000, depending on experienceDiscretionary year-end bonus based on performance and billable hoursOrigination bonus structure for self-generated business100% employer-paid health insurance for employees and their familiesEmployer-funded profit-sharing planPaid vacationFree parking and firm-paid court-related expensesWork EnvironmentThis is primarily an in-office position based in Queens Village, NY, with some flexibility available as needed.
