Commercial Escrow AssistantWe are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Commercial Escrow Assistant opportunity with a growing title company. The Commercial Escrow Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:Assisting Commercial Escrow Officers with commercial real estate transactions from opening through post-closing.Opening and maintaining escrow files and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.Reviewing contracts and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.Preparing escrow-related documents, closing packages, settlement statements, and correspondence.Coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and internal teams to facilitate timely closings.Monitoring transaction timelines and following up on outstanding requirements.Assisting with escrow funding, disbursements, and post-closing activities.Ensuring compliance with company policies, underwriting requirements, and applicable regulations.Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries.Required qualifications for the position include:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, legal, or related administrative support.Strong organizational and time-management skills.High School diploma or equivalent.Pay Rate Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
