To support a growing underwriting team, the full-time Texas Licensed Commercial Underwriter will evaluate middle market accounts for risk selection and pricing, collaborate with agents, and maintain documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Evaluate basic middle market accounts for risk selection and pricing under supervision Consult with experienced underwriters to learn best practices and support the underwriting team Communicate with agents to provide updates and enhance customer experiences Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent experience Preferred insurance designations such as AINS, AU, CIC, or CPCU Knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options Ability to analyze financial data and make sound underwriting decisions Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
