To support the growth of the commercial lines department, the full-time Texas Licensed Commercial Underwriter will manage new business submissions, collaborate with agency partners, and maintain a profitable portfolio while working remotely. Key responsibilities Proactively drive new business submissions and perform risk selection, pricing, and retention Collaborate with marketing representatives to build strong relationships with agency partners and participate in field visits and industry events Assist senior management with strategic planning and territory management decisions to achieve business goals Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred Minimum of three to five years of relevant Sales, Marketing, or Underwriting experience required Valid Driver's License required
