Commercial Underwriter Associate

Serving as the primary point of contact for insureds and lienholders, the full-time remote Commercial Underwriter Associate will manage policy-related inquiries, provide superior customer service, and process high-volume policy change requests while exercising underwriting authority. Key responsibilities Effectively handle all incoming calls and follow-up calls, ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries Research policy information and escalate risks beyond designated authority to senior underwriters or management Process policy change requests and assist with questions related to billing and compliance guidelines Required qualifications One (1) year or more of related Property & Casualty experience High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, spreadsheets, and CRM applications Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
