Nestlé USA is seeking an Associate Counsel to join the Acquisitions, Business Development & Commercial Transactions Team in internal USA operations. The role focuses on general commercial agreements, IT/software contracts, and procurement matters across Nestlé’s USA businesses, with legal support to procurement and affiliates.
You will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, advise on regulatory compliance, and coordinate deals with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
