Leading sales training and development activities, the full-time Commercial Training Specialist will manage curriculum design, coordinate training logistics, and support ongoing educational initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Plans and facilitates Train-the-Trainer sessions focused on Korn Ferry/Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Coordinates logistics for classroom and virtual training sessions, including sales meetings and product updates Partners with Sales and Marketing leadership to assess training needs and develop implementation plans for learning initiatives Required qualifications BA/BS in Training, Instructional Design, E-Learning, or related field preferred 3 years of sales training experience or equivalent background Korn Ferry/Miller Heiman Certification preferred Experience with Learning Management Systems and virtual meeting tools Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications
