Commercial Training Director — Hybrid Learning Leader

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Commercial Training to lead the development and execution of training strategy for commercial teams. You will manage a training portfolio, lead a team of trainers, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate performance.

The role includes budget responsibilities and HR duties for assigned staff. You will guide ITC and Phase 2 classes, foster instructional design excellence, and shape development programs for the rare disease portfolio
