POSITION TITLE: Commercial Tire Service Technician
REPORTS TO: Service Manager
DEPARTMENT: Service
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides service and repair of commercial vehicle tires. Requirements:
Essential Job Functions:
* Provide Helpful, friendly, and timely service to customers with a We Can Do That
* attitude.
* Safely operate and properly maintain an automotive service truck.
* Respond in a timely manner to customer service calls, diagnose issues, perform on-site repairs and/or replacements.
* Determines whether tires are repairable and makes recommendations to customers.
* Removes tires for retreading or repair.
* Sell and perform other services on commercial vehicles such as brakes, suspension, axle work, oil and lubrication services.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, results oriented team environment
* Treats all teammates, customers, vendors with dignity and respect.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Compensation details: 22-30 Hourly Wage
