Renewyx have partnered with a fast-growing solar installer in the Upper Midwest to bring on a Commercial Solar Project Manager for a 30 to 60 day contract.
Commercial solar projects are live and they need an experienced PM to keep schedules, subs and budgets on track now.
The role
Run commercial rooftop solar projects through permitting, build and closeout. Manage subcontractors, change orders and vendors. Keep design, engineering, procurement and construction in step, and report progress to clients and leadership every week.
What you'll bring
- 2+ years managing construction projects (commercial or solar is ideal)
- Rooftop project experience, ideally commercial rooftop solar
- Hands-on experience running subcontractors, change orders and schedules
- Availability to start quickly for 30 to 60 days
- Nice to have (bonus, not required)
- Solar PV, inverter or battery storage knowledge
- Permitting and utility interconnection experience
- Salesforce, NetSuite or Smartsheet
