Key responsibilities Review loan accounting and prepare calculations for legal demands Serve as the main point of contact with external special servicers and administer their requests Support Commercial Primary Servicing representatives with borrower outreach and market analysis Required qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience with defaulted commercial loans Demonstrated understanding of commercial loan document provisions and covenants Familiarity with CRE income property operating documents such as rent rolls and income statements Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and loan servicing applications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
