Commercial Services Specialist

To support large-scale construction projects, the full-time Commercial Services Specialist will prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontractor agreements while ensuring compliance with licensing and insurance requirements in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontract and vendor agreements for multiple construction projects Assist with local and state licensing and registration requirements across various jurisdictions Review scopes of work and manage change orders for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university Five-plus years of construction and/or construction-contracting-related experience Strong computer and email skills Ability to handle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience utilizing Procore for tracking agreements and pricing
