Commercial Services Officer - Project Contractor
Our client, a mining company, is looking for a Commercial Services Officer - Project Contractor for their Chicago, IL / Hybrid location. Responsibilities include:
- Perform day to day Commercial Services operations such as contract and sales order entry, shipments, invoicing, 3 party marketing purchases for resale, metal reconciliation.
- Participate in initiatives that can bring additional value or improved experiences to our internal/external stakeholders
- Apply standard documentation process and performance clauses (SLA's) to ensure customer and contract obligations are fulfilled
- Manage month end reporting activities
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Ability to work in a multi-product environment and standardize processes
- Accounting/Finance and metal accounting reconciliation
- Adaptability to change and evolving deadlines
