We are hiring a Service Lead Technician in Deer Park, NY Pay starting at $30 plus, Based on Experience Se habla Español! You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal.
You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Tecta America is the nation's largest commercial roofing company, so you will enjoy steady pay and steady work to help you build a steady career.Duties and Responsibilities:Roof maintenance and repairsMaintain professional interaction with all customersManage commercial roofing systems, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as neededPerform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelinesRemoval and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles)Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systemsA valid driver's licenseMust be able to lift 50+ pounds regularlyMust be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditionsAbility to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.Technology savvy.Working Conditions:Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders.
