Roofing Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Grow the Northeast Ohio market
- Find and develop new customer relationships as well as furthering existing customer relationships
- Work with management to develop and implement marketing strategies, business strategies, and overall business success models
- Evaluate, draft proposals and sell commercial roofing projects throughout NE OH, following above strategies and while in full communication with management
- Overlook all projects sold, maintain good customer relationships, and help ensure the projects are completed to the satisfaction and request of the customer and contract.
- Populate CRM system and keep pipeline up to date
- Assist accounting with accounts receivable on an as needed basis
- Be versatile in assisting with additional needs as requested to help grow the business and general company base
• 3-5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field is preferred
Base Salary between $70 - $100k + commissions, bonuses.
Company truck, gas card, benefits, etc.
Must have a clean background and driving record within the last 10 years.
