About the Position

• Recruiting for a leading growing boutique law firm that specializes in commercial real estate and looking to hire a commercial real estate attorney with 3-5 years (or more) of relevant experience. The firm includes multiple former big-law attorneys.
• Up to 300K base salary, based on experience, PLUS 2 bonus potentials: one based on firm profits and another one as discretionary bonus.
• Open to both Charleston, South Carolina or Columbia, South Carolina.
• Bonus points for those with experience drafting leases for major retailers, but not required.
• While the firm is boutique, they are very successful and do really big deals with well-known clients.
• Open to someone not licensed in the state that would work remote that have strong relevant experience as well, but preference for those willing to work in person.
• Been around for many years with an established and growing client-base.
