Commercial Real Estate Attorney (need large law firm experience with transactions)
Recruiting for a leading growing boutique law firm that specializes in commercial real estate and looking to hire a commercial real estate attorney. The firm includes multiple former big-law attorneys.
- 200K to 400K base salary, based on experience, plus 2 bonus potentials: one based on firm profits, so profit sharing, and another one as discretionary bonus
- Open to both Charleston, South Carolina or Columbia, South Carolina
- Bonus points for those with experience drafting leases for major retailers, but not required
- While the firm is boutique, they are very successful and do really big deals with well-known clients
- Open to someone not licensed in the state that would work remote that have strong relevant experience as well, but preference for those willing to work in person
- Been around for many years with an established and growing client‑base
Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr
