The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling sophisticated commercial transactions, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. *Key Responsibilities* * Represent clients in the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of commercial, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties
* Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, restrictive covenants, and development agreements
* Advise on title and survey matters and coordinate due diligence reviews
* Work with lenders and borrowers on commercial real estate financing, including construction and permanent loans
* Support complex entity structuring and joint venture transactions
* Collaborate with team members across practice areas to deliver strategic and efficient solutions *Required Qualifications* * J.D. from an accredited law school
* Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
* 4–7 years of commercial real estate experience, ideally gained in a law firm or sophisticated in-house setting
* Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating key real estate transaction documents
* Experience handling title and survey review, closings, and financing documentation
