Responsibilities
- 5–7 years of commercial real estate experience (lender and borrower representation)
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, JV agreements, leases, and development contracts
- Lead due diligence: title/survey review, entity documents, and closing coordination
- Client development and origination opportunities within 2 years
- Active Maryland Bar (DC Bar preferred; VA a plus)
- Experienced in commercial real estate transactions, including lender or sponsor-side deals
- Strong organizational, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Motivated to grow your practice and eventually originate business
