Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of commercial real estate/corporate transaction experience
• Active Connecticut Bar admission required
• Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and financing
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client communication skills
• Must be based in or able to commute to Roseland, NJ
• NY and/or NJ admission is a plus
• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, leases, and transaction documents
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions from structuring through closing
• Support corporate finance, lending, and borrower/lender transactions
• Conduct title, survey, and other due diligence
• Advise clients and collaborate with partners on sophisticated transactions

• Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year
