Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of commercial real estate/corporate transaction experience
- Active Connecticut Bar admission required
- Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and financing
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client communication skills
- Must be based in or able to commute to Roseland, NJ
- NY and/or NJ admission is a plus
- Draft and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, leases, and transaction documents
- Handle acquisitions and dispositions from structuring through closing
- Support corporate finance, lending, and borrower/lender transactions
- Conduct title, survey, and other due diligence
- Advise clients and collaborate with partners on sophisticated transactions
Salary, Benefits & Growth
- Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year
