This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly regarded real estate lawyers on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, with a focus on leasing and commercial real estate transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and revising office, retail, and industrial leases.Contributing to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and transactional due diligence.Additional experience with title and survey review is a plus.Opportunity to gain experience in data center leasing (helpful but not required).QualificationsEducation: J.D. with strong academic credentials.Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a focus on office, retail, and industrial leases.
