A well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its growing practice in Boston.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions .
- Assist with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties.
- Handle commercial leasing matters.
- Work on complex real estate financing transactions.
- Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transaction materials.
- Conduct and analyze real estate due diligence.
- Work closely with partners, clients, lenders, developers, and other transaction professionals.
- Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial real estate experience .
- Law firm experience preferred, particularly in a fast-paced transactional practice.
- Experience with commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and/or real estate finance.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and client-service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
